YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
► Omnivore product may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the full price if the item is returned in its original, unaltered condition.
- Refunds will be in the same form of payment.
- It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
► Shipping costs are non-refundable.
► A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation, including name, address and phone number, should be enclosed with the return. The original packing slip is required for any merchandise to be considered for reimbursement.
► After a returned item is received and inspected, the credit or refund will be issued.
► Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
► OMNIVORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.
